I've got a Dell machine running Windows 24H2 and recently upgraded it to the Enterprise license. Lately, it just keeps saying no updates are available each month. When I attempt to install the monthly cumulative updates, I get a message claiming that no updates are applicable for my system. It's frustrating because I have to use the update assistant every month to get the latest version installed. Has anyone else encountered this problem?

First off, what's your update source? If you're using WSUS, that could be the issue. Sometimes, if the updates aren't approved for installation on the WSUS server, you'll run into problems like this.
I've had to download and reimage a laptop that we migrated to Intune because it wouldn’t install a certain patch no matter what we tried. If you're having trouble, also check the integrity of the system using SFC or DISM. And for good measure, reseat the RAM. But yeah, sometimes, you just gotta reimage and start fresh.
I've run into something similar once with a Lenovo notebook. The fix was to open a support ticket with Lenovo, and they sent a special reinstallation link for that specific machine. After installing the factory image, everything worked fine. It’s possible something got flipped during the original installation at the factory. I’d recommend reaching out to Dell for their image.
You might want to consider reimaging with the correct OS version. That could resolve the update issue you're facing.
