Hey everyone! I'm considering buying a used PC with a ZOTAC RTX 3070 Twin Edge OC, but I have some concerns about the GPU. The seller said it was only under stress for 5 minutes, but I noticed the temperatures seem a bit high, and the clock speeds are lower than expected—around 1500 instead of the typical 1700-1900. The fans are running at 89%, which also has me worried. Can anyone tell me if these stats are normal for this card?

It sounds like it might need some new thermal paste. Those temps seem a little off for a short stress test. It's pretty common for used GPUs to need that kind of maintenance. Maybe check if the seller has kept it clean too?
Have you checked if the PC was cleaned out? Make sure the fans are working well and that both the CPU and GPU have fresh thermal paste. Also, are you setting the clock speeds manually or are they at default? It might be underclocked and undervolted. You could look up how to reset everything to default settings on the GPU.

Yeah, I'm actually buying the PC soon, so I can't check it myself yet. But I did ask the seller, and they mentioned both the GPU and CPU have new paste and that the fans are cleaned.
