I'm having trouble accessing my Apple ID because I've lost my old cell phone number. Apple directs me to iforgot.apple.com for assistance, but I'm stuck. One of the steps requires me to enter my credit card information, and I can't update the expiration date because it's locked. I've tried both Safari and Chrome, but no luck. Is there a way to report this issue to Apple? I'm really frustrated!

Unfortunately, on the iforgot page, you can't change any info directly; it only lets you use what's already on file. If you can't answer a security question, you can usually skip it, but the trusted phone number is crucial—you need to know that one even if you can't access it.
