I'm having trouble accessing the OSD (On-Screen Display) on my Samsung Odyssey G3 LS24AG32X monitor. When I press the button below the monitor, it only shows me three options: brightness, contrast, and sharpness. I can only adjust the brightness, and that's just to decrease it. Holding the button doesn't do anything; it just cycles back through those three options. I'm not sure what's causing this issue, and I've heard suggestions to get it returned for repair. Any advice would be appreciated!

Yeah, I’m definitely pressing UP and I can see those three options, but I still can’t get to the function keys or that navigator thing.
