I'm building a new PC for my dad mainly for basic browsing, and I want to upgrade my current MSI GeForce GTX 1650 Ventus XS (4GB) to one of the following RTX 5060 Ti models. The plan is to hand the 1650 to him. I also do video editing (4K, max 5 min in Premiere Pro) and photo editing (Lightroom) on my setup. Here's what I'm considering: ASUS Dual GeForce RTX 5060 Ti 16GB GDDR7 OC Edition (€439), Gigabyte GeForce RTX 5060 Ti WINDFORCE 16G (€448), MSI GeForce RTX 5060 Ti 16G VENTUS 2X OC PLUS (€449), Gigabyte GeForce RTX 5060 Ti WINDFORCE OC 16G (€469), and ASUS Prime GeForce RTX 5060 Ti 16GB OC Edition (€479). I'm unsure whether the price increase for a 5070 model (around €115 more) is justified given my use case. I currently have an AMD Ryzen 7 5700X with 64GB of RAM.

I'd say just go for the cheapest one. You won't need three fans for this GPU, and it should run cool enough since it doesn't draw too much power.
Definitely the Gigabyte one! Avoid the ASUS Dual model; it's known for being of pretty low quality, with even weaker GPUs having higher temps than some decent 2-fan models.
What motherboard are you using? All of these are similar in quality from a technical standpoint. If you want to overclock or manage RGB lights more easily, keeping the same brand for motherboard and GPU can help.
