I'm considering purchasing a PC, but I've noticed that the HDMI port on the GPU is broken. I'm wondering if this should be a deal-breaker for me. Could it lead to further complications down the line, or is it something that might be easily fixed by a tech expert?

As long as it's not the only HDMI port on the GPU, it should be okay. Just make sure to check for others that work! If it’s one of several ports, I wouldn’t worry too much at all.
If you have other HDMI ports or DisplayPorts, you're in luck! For less than 10 bucks, you can grab an HDMI to DisplayPort adapter if needed. This way, you can figure out if the real issue lies only with that port or if it's deeper.
It's a bit concerning that the HDMI port is broken, especially since it raises questions about how well the previous owner treated the PC. That said, if you don't *need* that port, it might not be a big issue. Just avoid plugging anything into it and use other ports if they're available.
Exactly! If there are other working HDMI ports or even DisplayPorts, you'll be fine. But the fact that one is broken could hint at other hidden problems.
