Getting Ready for KubeCon: Tips and Questions

I'm an admin in charge of organizing travel for my team to attend KubeCon in Atlanta this November. I have a few practical questions as I prepare, and I hope you can help!

1. The first day, Monday the 10th, seems mostly to be short "Lightning Talks". Should we plan for our team to arrive on Monday, or will we miss important talks if we get there late? I'm reluctant to have everyone traveling on Sunday if it's not necessary.

2. After the conference wraps up on Wednesday, when do most people tend to leave? The last session ends at 3:45 PM, but I wonder if getting to the airport might be a hassle that evening. Should we expect folks to be tired by then and prefer leaving Thursday instead?

3. Even though I'm not a developer, I'll be attending some sessions. I'm considering the Cloud Native Novice track. Does anyone have experience with these talks? Will they be accessible to someone without a coding background?

4. What other questions should I be asking that I might not have thought of?

It might be best to let your team book their flights within company policy. Personally, I think arriving on Sunday is ideal so there’s no rush on Monday. At my last conference, they made us leave that same night, which was kind of a bummer. It's nice to have some downtime after events!

Exactly, nothing worse than missing family time due to tight flights!
