Hey everyone! A couple of days ago, I topped up my Apple account with $18, but just a few hours ago, I noticed an unexpected $5 added to my balance. It says it's from a cleared gift card, but I definitely didn't redeem anything, and I haven't received any emails about it either. Has anyone else experienced something like this? Any ideas on what's going on? Just to clarify, I haven't requested any refunds or received any emails about refunds. Thanks!

I just had the same thing happen! I had $35 mysteriously added to my account. I'm currently chatting with Apple Support to figure out what's going on. It's pretty strange, right?
Yeah, it feels like a glitch! I talked to Support earlier too, and they escalated my case to a senior advisor for a callback, but they couldn't explain it. Have they given you any updates?
