Good morning, everyone! I'm facing a strange issue with my keyboard and mouse. They only work properly when I press the Windows key. When I try typing, the computer interprets it as shortcuts instead of entering any letters. Similarly, when I scroll in Google Chrome, instead of scrolling the page, it just changes the size of the webpage. I can temporarily fix it by pressing the Windows key, but the problems come back within a minute. I've tried several things already: using a different keyboard, uninstalling and reinstalling the keyboard drivers, switching USB ports, rebooting my computer, and even resetting it to factory settings, but nothing has worked so far. Has anyone encountered this before? I'd love to know what's going on and how to fix it!

Have you checked if your CTRL or ALT keys are sticking? Sometimes those keys can get pressed down without you realizing it, especially since there's typically one on each side of the keyboard. Just a thought!
Ah right, I should have mentioned that! I've checked those keys, and they seem fine, but thanks for the suggestion!
