Hey everyone! I'm dealing with some annoying micro stuttering while playing games on my PC, and it's really impacting my gameplay experience. Here's a bit about my setup:
- **CPU:** Ryzen 5 5600
- **GPU:** RTX 2070
- **RAM:** 16GB DDR4 3200MHz
- **Motherboard:** A520-pro
- **OS:** Windows 11
**What's happening:** My FPS occasionally drops into the low 1% range, but oddly enough, my system isn't overheating.
**What I've already tried:**
- Updated my GPU drivers
- Disabled any background apps
- Tweaked in-game graphics settings
- Used RTSS / Frame limiter
- Reinstalled drivers in safe mode
- I did enable V-Sync, which helped a little, but the stutter is still there.
Any suggestions or tweaks that could help resolve this issue would be awesome. Thanks a lot!

What games are you experiencing this in? Some titles just have stuttering issues regardless. Could be the game rather than your setup.
Make sure to check your BIOS settings. Specifically, enable Rebar and Decoded Above 4G options if you haven't already. Those can help address stuttering issues in some cases.
Thanks for the tip! I tried that, but unfortunately, it didn’t help.

I'm mostly playing Mafia 2, Ghostrunner, and Sifu. It's frustrating!
