Why am I getting low FPS in League of Legends with my setup?

Hey everyone! I recently built my PC with a Ryzen 5 5600X and a 3060 Ti, but I'm facing some performance issues in League of Legends. Even though MSI Afterburner shows my CPU and GPU usage at only 19%, I'm only getting around 200 FPS, which even drops to 120 during team fights. I noticed in YouTube benchmarks that I should be able to hit 600 FPS easily. Does anyone know how to increase my CPU and GPU usage to achieve those frame rates?

Keep in mind that while benchmarks show high FPS under ideal conditions, actual in-game performance can vary. With a setup like yours, you might realistically hit around 300 FPS max, especially in intense scenarios. It’s not uncommon for a system to vary that much depending on what's happening in the game.

But why do other benchmarks show 600 FPS at the start? I can only hit around 300-400 during calm situations.

Have you checked if your frame rate is capped in the League client settings? Sometimes the game limits the FPS, and you might not realize it until you look.

I checked, and it's definitely uncapped.
