I went to the USA for a university exchange program in 2023 and bought several gift cards that I added to my Apple account, totaling $1,220. Unfortunately, after trying to make a purchase, my account got deactivated. I contacted Apple multiple times, but they told me it can't be reactivated due to policy violations, which I strongly believe I didn't commit. Now, two years later, I had another support conversation with Apple, and they confirmed it can't be unlocked. I'm wondering if it's possible to sell this account, even though it's deactivated and I can't make any purchases. Does anyone know if there's a market for accounts like this, or if there's a way to unlock it? Or is it just a lost cause?

Selling a deactivated Apple account isn't possible. It's likely that the gift cards you purchased were flagged as illegitimate, leading to the ban. Unless you can provide proof of purchase, it’s pretty much a lost cause.
But I did buy them from a legit store! I have receipts somewhere, but I didn't keep them because it was so long ago.
