I know that the RTX 5070 isn't highly regarded, but I spotted one for $530 CAD (around $380 USD) and I'm curious if it's worth it. This seems like a solid deal considering it's well below MSRP. What do you all think?

If this is a big upgrade from your current GPU, go for it! Just keep in mind that it has less VRAM compared to some competitors like the 9070 XT.

Honestly, people typically dislike the card when it's overpriced. But if you're getting it at or below MSRP, it seems reasonable.

I wouldn’t buy any card with less than 16GB of VRAM, especially with PS6 and next-gen games on the horizon. If you’re sticking with 1080p gaming and maybe upgrading in a few years, it should be fine.

At that price, it would be a pretty good deal. Is this a secondhand card?

Yeah, I think it's a great deal. Plus, I really wouldn’t call it a joke GPU. It all depends on what you're upgrading from, in my opinion.

I saw it on Amazon from Asus. Is Amazon a trustworthy place for GPUs?

That sounds like a price that could be too good to be true. Just be cautious, it could be a scam.
