Can I run a GUI script on a second Windows 11 Virtual Desktop without affecting my main workspace?

Hey everyone! I'm currently automating a process using a GUI script for an application created by my company, but I'm facing a big issue. The script takes a long time to run and makes my laptop practically unusable while it's active. I'm wondering if it's possible to run this GUI script on a second Windows virtual desktop so I can switch back to my main desktop and continue with my usual tasks. Alternatively, if anyone has other solutions or suggestions, that would be greatly appreciated! I'm pretty new to this whole thing, so I apologize if I'm not explaining it very clearly. Happy to provide more details if needed!

Have you thought about just talking to the developers of the app? They might be able to help you troubleshoot.

Haha, I totally agree! It sounds like a reasonable suggestion, asking IT for help might save you some hassle.
