Honestly, it really depends on your gaming resolution. Overall, this combo seems solid and you probably won't run into any major bottlenecks worth upgrading for. How's your gaming experience been so far?
Your CPU is great, and unless you're hitting some common Intel issues, you should be fine. There haven't been significant improvements from the 13th gen to the newer ones, so you're in good shape. AMD has slightly better options, but not by a huge margin. Just keep enjoying your system!
