I'm currently working at a startup and need to contact my account representative at AWS, but I'm not sure how to go about it. I haven't received any communication from AWS so far. Does anyone have suggestions on how I can find out who my account rep is?

You can check out the AWS sales support page [here](https://aws.amazon.com/contact-us/sales-support/). It should route your inquiry to the right account team!
Consider creating a support ticket or case through the AWS support portal. It's often one of the quickest ways to get in touch!
Just a heads up, if your monthly spend is under $10k, you might not get an account manager. It's a bummer, but that's usually how they operate.
True, but technically every account has an account manager; some just manage a huge number of accounts!
First off, does your startup have AWS support? From my experience, many startups don’t prioritize having an account rep early on. But if you do have support, that's a good starting point!
I do have business support for production accounts, so I can reach out that way!

Yes! This is definitely the best approach to connect with your team.
