I'm managing a large facility and need to ensure everyone has a badge displayed at all times. Ideally, I'd like these to be color stickers that can be applied to our existing door cards. So far, I've mainly found printers that are made for cards rather than labels. Any suggestions or ideas for printers that might fit our needs?

I suggest getting a sticker printer that prints on adhesive paper. You can find plenty on Amazon, but check the durability of the prints. Ideally, reissuing badges using a dedicated badge printer would give you a more durable solution, even if it's pricier. You'll probably need to use a transparent badge holder for the stick-on labels to keep them protected during everyday use.
You might be able to use any color printer with label sheets that fit your card size. Just look for label sheets in the dimensions you need. Although since you're working in a larger facility, printing actual ID cards might be a more efficient route.
At work, we use a CIAAT-940 Badge printer. But beware, it's more trouble than it's worth! Regular printers can be annoying, but this one feels like it's been designed to test your patience! Honestly, I’d take the advice from other replies here.
I suggest getting a retransfer PVC card printer. They work by printing onto a foil that laminates onto the card, which gives you good durability. Alternatively, a direct-to-card sublimation printer is a more budget-friendly option.
A label printer with the right sized labels could do the job! You just need to make sure the labels are the right dimension for your door cards.
I saw a relevant reply from the UI Team indicating that printing directly onto cards should be possible. It's an old thread, but might be useful: [https://community.ui.com/questions/Blank-NFC-Cards/45a9519a-1ab5-4edf-adc3-ae34a53d3c50](https://community.ui.com/questions/Blank-NFC-Cards/45a9519a-1ab5-4edf-adc3-ae34a53d3c50)
I found one on Amazon for about $299.99 that could fit your needs! Here's the link: [https://www.amazon.com/Liene-Sticker-Printer-Cutting-Machine/dp/B0DHKZ3CCL/](https://www.amazon.com/Liene-Sticker-Printer-Cutting-Machine/dp/B0DHKZ3CCL/)

I'm open to investing in a good printer. Quality is important for the stickers we want to use on our Unifi cards.
