I've been constantly running into a situation where Google detects unusual activity and prompts me with CAPTCHAs. I mainly use Edge as my browser and noticed this happens in private browsing mode as well. After solving a CAPTCHA, it goes away temporarily, but it keeps reappearing when I try to use private browsing. I've scanned my computer with Malwarebytes, Bitdefender, and Windows Defender, and they all came back clean after checking millions of files. My computer is fairly new, just built 1.5 months ago with a 9800x3d. I even disabled my browser extensions, but the problem persists across all private browsers. I've tested it on my phone and another computer too, but no luck in reproducing the issue. What's going on?

Have you checked if you're using a VPN? That could be causing the frequent CAPTCHA prompts since they often arise when you're sharing an IP with multiple users on the same server.
If you're using private browsing consistently, you might just want to accept that occasional CAPTCHAs are part of the deal. Nowadays, those things are programmed to flag any behavior that seems robotic, and without cookies or prior data, it can get confused.
It sounds like a cookie issue. Private browsing doesn't store cookies, so Google can get a bit suspicious since it has almost no data to verify you're a human. When you use private mode, just keep in mind that you might face more CAPTCHAs due to that.

No, I'm not using any VPNs. I actually noticed this issue on another device once too.
