Hey everyone! I'm building a PC with an ASUS TUF Gaming B550M-PLUS and a Ryzen 5 5600X. I'm on the hunt for a cooler that's priced below 50 EUR that can handle mild overclocking since I plan on doing that in the future. Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!

You might want to check out the Thermalright Phantom Spirit 120 EVO or the Peerless Assassin 120 SE. They're solid choices for your setup and should work great for some mild overclocking!
Have you considered the AG400? It could be a good option if it's available near you!
Sounds good, but keep in mind that in Serbia, they go for about 70 to 85 EUR, so it might be tough to find them for under 50 EUR there.
