I'm planning to switch to Linux but I'm struggling to find a note-taking app that can match OneNote's compatibility and polished look. I need something that supports various input options like tilt and pressure because I use an XP Pen Deco Mini 7 V2 tablet. I've looked at Xournal++ and Joplin, but they both seem to have limitations. Xournal++ feels outdated, and Joplin mainly focuses on text notes, which won't work for me since I rely on pressure sensitivity. I'm looking for alternatives as I mostly study alone lately and want to improve my laptop's battery life without sacrificing performance. Also, using the OneNote web version isn't feasible for me due to intermittent internet access. Any suggestions for good note-taking apps on Linux?

Obsidian is a great choice! I've been using it, and it has lots of features. A friend mentioned Notion too, which has a user-friendly interface, but you'll want to be careful as there have been some reports of accounts getting flagged for certain content.
Just a heads up, I've heard some users having issues with Notion's account policies, so it might not be worth the risk.
You could also try using the Excalidraw plugin with Obsidian. It allows for more visual note-taking which could be helpful for your needs.
Another option is RNote, which is available as a Flatpak. It's worth checking out to see if it meets your requirements!
Check out the migration page in the wiki for tips on moving from Windows to Linux. Just be cautious with things like installing from third-party sources and always verify your downloads. It helps keep your system safe!

Thanks for the suggestion! Can I transfer my notes from OneNote to Obsidian easily?
