I recently built a PC using the TUF GAMING B650-E WIFI motherboard, but it won't post despite the power turning on. The DRAM LED is lit up in orange, indicating there's an issue with the memory. I've tried a bunch of troubleshooting steps: I plugged and unplugged the RAM in both A2 and B2 slots, and also tested each stick individually, rebooting and waiting at least 10 minutes for RAM training. I removed the CMOS battery, flashed the BIOS, and cleared the CMOS using the CLRTC pins each time, but nothing has worked. I'm hoping to find some help before I decide to return the motherboard!

Here are a few more things you can try: Make sure the CPU power cable and motherboard cable are firmly connected. Also, test with just one stick of RAM in the A1 or B1 slot, and wait no more than 2 minutes to see if it boots. If it doesn’t, you might have a deeper issue.
