Hey everyone! I recently built my first PC about two months ago with the following specs: AMD 9950x3d, RTX 5080, Antec Flux Pro case with stock fans, and an Arctic Liquid Freezer III Pro 360 ARGB. Initially, I set the fan curves to standard in the BIOS and thought the noise was normal since I usually wear noise-canceling headphones. However, I had to leave my PC running overnight, and that's when I realized just how loud it is. I tried adjusting the fan settings using Fan Control to reduce the noise, but even when setting everything to silent, it didn't help. I even manually set all fans to zero, but the noise level didn't change at all. I'm not sure if this is typical, an issue with my configuration, or if there's something wrong with one of the fans or the AIO. I've also included a video to demonstrate the noise level along with a screenshot of the Fan Control settings.

It definitely sounds like at least one fan is not responding to the controller and is stuck at full speed. You might want to unplug each fan one by one to see which one is the culprit.
It sounds like one of your fans might be running at full speed, possibly because a 3-pin fan is connected to a 4-pin header. Have you tried adjusting the fan settings in the BIOS to see if that helps? Also, check if all your fans respond to those controls.
I’ll definitely check the 3-pin and 4-pin setup later. I did try the BIOS fan control and set them to silent, but the noise didn't change.

Is it safe to unplug them while the PC is running? Also, if I find it’s the AIO causing the noise, can I disconnect it from the CPU_FAN header while it’s still on?
