I'm in the process of building a new PC with a 5070 Ti and using a Corsair RM850 (2021) power supply. I know that newer power supplies come with a 12VHPWR cable or port, but mine likely won't have that. The 5070 Ti hasn't arrived yet, but I want to figure out the cable situation ahead of time. I've heard the GPU will come with a 16-pin to 3x 8-pin PCIe adapter. However, my current setup has only 2x 6+2 pin connectors available. Would it be best to just grab another 2x6+2 pin cable from Corsair and use that with my existing cables to connect to the adapter? Thanks for any help!

Regarding what GamerDude99 mentioned, if for any reason you've lost one of those cables or if you just want a tidier setup, consider getting a 12VHPWR cable that's compatible with your PSU. They typically cost around $20 for the regular version and $30 for a braided one. There's really no need to buy more 6+2 pin cables unless you want to.

Thanks, that gives me some good options to work with!
