I'm considering a gaming PC and the seller is offering a setup that includes 32GB of Corsair Vengeance RAM, a GTX 1060 graphics card, an EVGA Gold power supply, and an Intel i5 CPU. Is this a good deal for someone who is new to PC gaming?

The RAM is definitely solid for gaming, but the GTX 1060 is a bit outdated these days. If you just want to play some competitive shooters, it should work fine, but for more demanding games, you might end up wanting something better. Just make sure to weigh your options if you're considering it for the long haul.

That i5 CPU is pretty generic; it covers a wide range over the years. Can you provide the exact model? Also, the GTX 1060 isn’t the best choice anymore, and if you're on a budget, AMD might be a better route for performance.

I'm just trying to buy my first PC, and this is all that was posted for sale. I can share the full listing if needed!
