I'm looking to build a gaming PC that can run Battlefield smoothly at 1080p, ideally staying around a $2,000 budget. I already own a 3060 Ti, so I'd like to incorporate it if possible, but I'm flexible. I've put together a parts list on PCPartPicker, but I'm open to suggestions for better performance or cost-saving options. What do you all think?

You can definitely build a solid PC for under $2k that's capable of running Battlefield beautifully, even at 1440p. I'd recommend considering a newer graphics card like the 5080 if you want to future-proof your system. The 3060 Ti can absolutely be used, but keep in mind that newer models will give you better performance.

Yes, selling the 3060 Ti and investing in a used 4090 could really maximize your performance without blowing your budget.

Honestly, for just 1080p gaming, spending near $2k might be overkill. You could significantly cut costs and still get great performance for that resolution. My advice is to balance your parts better. For example, consider lower-tier components that still meet your gaming needs at 1080p instead of splurging on high-end parts that won't make a noticeable difference in your gameplay.

Great point! Some of the components in your list are costly yet may not provide a significant gaming benefit. Evaluating needs versus costs could save a lot!

Aside from just the graphics card, I'd recommend checking on your CPU cooler. Some models, like the be quiet! that you listed, may not perform the best with the new AM5 Ryzen chips. Switching to a more efficient cooler could help with performance and longevity. Additionally, ask yourself if you really need 6TB of storage, as that could free up some budget.
