Hi everyone! I keep receiving email advertisements from a company called Iron Studios, which is a collectibles shop. I want to stop these emails, and there's an "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of each email. Sounds pretty straightforward, right? Unfortunately, every time I click the link on my computer or tap it on my iPhone, nothing happens. It doesn't open a web page or take me anywhere to unsubscribe—it's completely unresponsive. I've already emailed the company twice and only received automated replies that haven't resolved anything. I've also added them to my blocked list, but I really want to know if there's a way to make that "Unsubscribe" link work. Any tips? Thanks!

You really should just get in touch with the company directly. We're here to help, but we can't troubleshoot their email format.
If you're using Gmail, try the "manage subscriptions" option. You can remove the company from there without needing to click the link in their emails.
It seems like if they can't even manage the unsubscribe process, they probably don't care much about customer support either. If there’s no unsubscribe option when you log into their site, your best bet might be to just block or ignore their emails.
Honestly, it feels like a person should know how to handle spam by now, but I get it, sometimes these things can be tricky.
What email client do you use? If it has filtering options, you could set it to automatically delete the emails or move them to a different folder so you don’t see them anymore.

I'm using Yahoo Mail. I added them to my spam list, but I still find it strange that the "Unsubscribe" link doesn’t work or even respond when I try to click or right-click it—I've never seen that before!
