I recently bought a new HP Victus 15 with an Intel i5-13420H and RTX 4050. I updated it to Windows 11 25H2 and signed in using a Microsoft account because I was short on time.
Now, I want to completely remove the Microsoft account and delete any downloaded software like Cinebench, Chrome, and Memtest. However, I want to keep the pre-installed bloatware that came with the laptop. My goal is to go through the Out-Of-Box Experience (OOBE) again and set up a local account instead. Can anyone guide me on how to do this?

You could create a new local account with admin rights and then just delete the Microsoft account. That way, you keep control without the extra login.
Just a heads up: once you change accounts, be cautious about data backups before making big changes. It's easy to lose important stuff accidentally.
I get it; some software can be useful. Just be sure to check each one before deciding to keep or delete. If you’re looking to debloat later, you might want to hold on to the original files for now.
Why do you want to keep the bloatware? It's usually a good idea to remove it for better performance.
Or just give the laptop to someone you’re not fond of since it sounds like you have a solid plan!
