I'm trying to perform an offline scan on my Asus G16, which leads me to the BitLocker screen. The problem is, I can't enter my BitLocker code because my keyboard isn't responding there. I've already done some research and tinkered with the BIOS settings, but nothing has worked so far. My keyboard is functioning perfectly in other situations, so I really need some assistance with this issue!

It turns out that recent Windows updates have caused some problems with USB support in recovery mode. There was a fix released (KB5070773), but it's optional. If you can access Windows Update, see if that fix is available for you. It might resolve the issue!
You could also try disabling Secure Boot in your BIOS for a bit. That might help your keyboard work at the BitLocker screen! Just remember to switch it back once you're in.
Running it might be tough since I'm locked out at the BitLocker screen, though.
