I'm curious about the lifespan of AIO coolers. Is there a recommended timeframe for when they should be replaced, similar to how often we change thermal paste? Do they have a service life that we should keep in mind?

You can typically use an AIO cooler until it stops working. Just keep an eye out for any signs of leakage or if the pump fails.
Check the manual; mine said it had a 5-year lifespan, but it lasted 8 years with heavy use. Regular cleaning of fans and radiators can also extend their life.
I'd recommend considering a replacement when the warranty runs out, which might be anywhere from 2 to 7 years depending on the model. My NZXT AIO from 2021 is still working well!
Mine lasted 14 years without any major issues, just needed a fan replacement. It kept my overclocked Xeon at a cool temperature the whole time!
AIOs will gradually lose coolant over time due to evaporation, but it usually takes years for this to become a concern. As long as it’s cooling properly and there are no weird noises, you should be fine.
