Hey everyone! I recently updated my PC build after finding out that the GPU I initially wanted was unavailable. I switched out the graphics card, RAM, and processor, making the total cost a bit higher. I'm looking for some feedback and suggestions on my current setup, and I want to know if the CPU is likely bottlenecking the GPU's performance. Here are the details of my build:

- **Monitor Resolution:** 1440p
- **Processor (CPU):** AMD Ryzen 7 5800XT 3.8 GHz 8-Core
- **CPU Cooler:** Lian Li Galahad II Trinity SL-INF 61.3 CFM Liquid Cooler
- **Motherboard:** MSI MAG B550 TOMAHAWK ATX AM4
- **Memory (RAM):** Corsair Vengeance LPX 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3200
- **Storage:** Crucial P3 Plus 1 TB M.2 PCIe 4.0 NVMe SSD
- **Video Card (GPU):** ASUS TUF GAMING OC GeForce RTX 5070 Ti 16 GB
- **Power Supply (PSU):** MSI MAG A750GL 750 W 80+ Gold Fully Modular

I'd really appreciate any insights you might have!

At 1440p, most of the load shifts to the GPU. If you're gaming or using applications that heavily rely on graphics, the Ryzen 7 should perform fine without causing too much bottlenecking. You might not notice any issues unless you're pushing very high frame rates.

If your monitor is 1440p, your CPU shouldn't be causing a significant bottleneck with the RTX 5070 Ti. The Ryzen 7 5800XT is a solid choice and should keep up well. Just make sure your cooling is adequate, and you should be good to go!

Thanks for the reassurance! I've got a good cooler, so I think I’m all set.
