I'm looking for a reliable system to manage endpoints for my company, ideally a SaaS solution. I'm quite frustrated with some of the existing systems I've tried, as they feel outdated and are often glitchy. Here's what I'm looking for:
1. A Mobile Device Management (MDM) solution for Android devices.
2. A more comprehensive system for Windows, including features such as:
- Device scanning to gather info about CPU, RAM, disk space, OS version, etc.
- Access to last login details and event log viewing.
- The ability to manage installed applications remotely, including silent installs, uninstalls, and updates, along with a company app store.
- USB control to allow or block specific external devices based on their serial numbers.
- Policy management and endpoint deployment automation.
- Quick user block options and password policies.
- Running scripts silently through PowerShell or CMD.
- Web management to control webpage access across the company, with blocking options for specific users or groups.
- Printer management features, such as tracking print jobs, costs, and usage statistics.
I know this sounds like a big ask and that I should consider RMM, UEM, MDM, DLP, and print management solutions, but I'm hoping to find tools that can cover at least some of these needs. Ease of implementation is critical since my team is small and we're currently managing a lot. Additionally, some team members are fully remote and can't access the intranet, working from different cities and countries, so we need something that's not overly complex.

Have you thought about using Intune? If you're operating as a smaller company, Microsoft 365 Business Premium includes Defender for Business, Intune, Autopilot, and Conditional Access features, which could cover most of your needs right off the bat.
Look into Workspace ONE; it can handle most of the requirements you mentioned. For print management, PaperCut is a solid choice. You might also want to check your firewall settings; they usually have built-in web filtering options or can integrate with third-party services.
I recommend checking out Primo. It's very user-friendly and facilitates seamless deployment, merging MDM, Identity and Access Management (IAM), and procurement features.
ScalefusionMDM could be a perfect fit for your scenario. It's designed for remote environments like yours and handles both Android and Windows devices well. Features include app installation, policy management, and USB control, all without needing a complicated network setup. It may be worth a look before you invest in multiple tools.
If pricing is an issue, you might want to look into Endpoint Central as a cost-effective alternative to Intune.

True, but keep in mind that around 60% of our staff doesn’t have access to the intranet, so that could complicate things.
