Recommendations for Touchscreen AIOs with Convenient Ports for Elderly User

I'm trying to assist an elderly user who needs a computer setup that's easier for him to read from. He uses a drawing tablet stand which lets him tilt the screen to a comfortable position, similar to reading a book. It's important to have a large screen so he can clearly see the display. I'm specifically looking for a touchscreen all-in-one (AIO) computer with ports positioned in a way that won't interfere with the drawing tablet stand. Most current AIOs have ports located on the back lower edge, which causes issues with cable collisions when adjusting the screen. I've tried right angle adapters, but they still don't solve the problem. Ideally, I need recommendations for models with side-mounted or deeply recessed ports. I've only come across some MSI systems that fit the bill, but they seem too advanced and expensive for what he actually needs. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

If you could share a photo or a link to the specific type of stand you're using, that could help others give you better suggestions. It would allow us to understand how the setup looks and what exactly you're trying to achieve.

You might want to consider using a mini PC that you can mount to the back of a touchscreen monitor. This way, it can save space and might help avoid the cable issues you're facing with the AIOs. Just keep in mind that the mini PC does take up some space, so make sure it won't interfere with the stand you're using.
