I've been struggling with a connectivity problem for over 2 hours. I'm using the Get Help app, but it keeps displaying messages like 'can't reach DNS server' and 'no internet connection -- connected to local network only.' I've changed my DNS settings countless times and executed all the ipconfig commands, such as flushing the DNS and renewing, along with some netsh windsock resets. I can ping my DNS (8.8.8.8) just fine, but I can't ping google.com—Command Prompt keeps throwing an error. Unfortunately, I can't share images to illustrate my issue more clearly. If anyone has any insights or solutions, I would really appreciate it. I'm not very tech-savvy.

If you're using a smart fridge, consider doing a factory reset and checking for any firmware updates. Sometimes appliances can conflict with your network.

What if I'm not using a smart fridge, but a laptop instead?
