After uninstalling Zorin Lite 17 from my Dell Vostro 3520, I'm stuck with a black screen that only shows 'grub>'. I can still see my Windows files on the partitions but I can't boot into Windows. What steps can I take to fix this? Please help!

I went ahead and formatted all my partitions and performed a clean install using the Windows Media Creation tool. Even after that, I still ended up with the same error. Not sure what else could be causing the issue.
Try turning off your laptop, then powering it back on while repeatedly pressing F12 to bring up the boot menu. Look for an option that says Windows Boot Manager. If you can’t find it, check for any alternative options besides the default boot drive. If you do find it, head into your BIOS settings and make sure it's set as the first option in the boot priority.
It sounds like you might have deleted the EFI partition during your Zorin Lite uninstall. Try booting from a Windows installation USB and select the repair option to fix the boot files.
