I just got my hands on a 3080 Ti from my brother, and I've been using a 2080 Super until now. I'm curious if my current CPU, the 9600X, is a solid match for the 3080 Ti. Additionally, I need some advice on a few things: 1. Will my 550W power supply be sufficient? 2. Should I consider upgrading my monitor from 1080p to 1440p? 3. Is the 9600X capable enough to handle the 3080 Ti?

You'll definitely want to upgrade your power supply; a 750W is a safer bet for running a 3080 Ti. The combo of the 3080 Ti and 9600X should work well together, but the PSU is key here.
I don't think a 550W PSU can handle the 3080 Ti properly, especially with its power spikes. You might push around 530W under heavy load. The 9600X is a decent CPU though, so you should be fine there.

Thanks for the advice! I’ve actually experienced a crash with my current setup, so I’m thinking of getting an 850W PSU. On a different note, is the jump from 1080p to 1440p really worth it with my setup?
