Hey everyone, I'm having some serious trouble with my Xbox Rog Ally. It just keeps going to a black screen out of nowhere. Whenever I try to put it into sleep mode, it ends up locking up, and I'm having to do a hard reset by holding the power button. This has led to longer boot times and error messages. Plus, I've noticed that the fans are blowing out hot air. I really need some help figuring this all out. Also, I haven't removed any unnecessary programs yet because I'm not sure how to go about it, and I'm pretty new to this. Thanks for taking the time to read my post!

It sounds like your system could definitely use a look at some settings. Did you try deleting any apps you don't use? Sometimes bloatware can slow down performance.
No, I haven't deleted all the bloatware yet. It's still pretty much stock with just the games and main software installed.
