I accidentally locked myself out of my LG K10 and I can't remember the password. I've connected it to my PC, but I'm trying to figure out if I can import the media on the device without unlocking it. Any ideas on how to do this?

Unfortunately, you won't be able to access the phone's files without the password. Windows is likely blocking access because the device is locked. You really need to unlock the phone first to get to your photos and videos.
You could check if USB debugging was enabled and if you had set up file transfer beforehand, but if not, I’m afraid you’re out of luck. Unless you've synced your data to the cloud or have an SD card with the files, it's pretty much inaccessible.
Nope, there's no way around it. You'll need the password to unlock your LG K10. Without it, you're essentially locked out of the data on the device.
