I'm trying to access the "choose an option" restart screen on my Windows 11 PC, where I can select to continue, troubleshoot, or shut down the computer. The problem is that neither my mouse nor keyboard is responding when I get to that screen. I'm in dire need of assistance to resolve this issue!
