I'm in the process of building a new PC and have almost everything set up, but I'm still waiting for my GPU. My processor, a Ryzen 9 9950X3D, has integrated graphics. Is it possible to boot up and install Windows without the GPU? Will I encounter any issues during the first boot? Thanks!

You’ll be perfectly fine doing it this way! While it’s usually better to set everything up at once for easier troubleshooting and returns, your current approach won’t cause any problems. Just make sure to get everything together once that GPU arrives!
You're good to go! Since your CPU has integrated graphics, you can definitely boot and even run basic applications, including some light gaming (mainly 2D games). No GPU needed for the initial setup.
