I'm looking for assistance with reinstalling Microsoft Office 2010. I bought the software back in 2010, but I haven't used it in a while—no surprise there, right? Now that I want to install it again, I'm getting an error that says, "Sorry, this isn't a Microsoft Office 2010 product key. You may be entering a product key from another version of Office." I'm confident I'm using the correct code though. Any suggestions on what I should do next?

Where did you get your product key from? It might help to double-check its origin.
Have you thought about using LibreOffice instead? It's a free alternative that works well for most things.
