I'm planning to upgrade my GPU since the game Where Winds Meet is being released tomorrow, and I'm excited to dive into it. Right now, I have a 6600 XT paired with a 5700x3d, and I game at 1080p 144Hz. Besides Where Winds Meet, I also enjoy playing Wuthering Waves and I'm keen on incorporating ray tracing into my gaming experience. I'm stuck between two options: the 9060 XT 16GB for $600 AUD and the 5060 Ti 16GB for $720 AUD. The price difference is quite significant, so I'd like to know if one card performs better in Where Winds Meet or if the cost justifies the performance. I'm also looking forward to Crimson Desert, which releases next March.

Honestly, both cards are going to perform almost the same when it comes to rasterization. But if you're looking specifically at ray tracing, the 5060 Ti is about 15% faster, so that might be something to consider.
I think the pricing is a bit off here! The 9060 XT is currently priced at $569, which makes the 5060 Ti's $720 seem like a scam, especially when you can find a 9070 for $799, and that card will outperform both! Let me know if you want the link to that deal.
If you really want to take advantage of ray tracing, I'd recommend going for the Nvidia GPU. The performance in ray tracing tends to be much better with Nvidia cards.

Where's the 9060 XT for $569? The 9070 looks good but might be overkill for my needs.
