Upgrading the GPU and CPU might be your best bet. Consider a 9600 XT for the GPU and maybe a Ryzen 9600X for the CPU. Also, if you haven't done so, ensure you have 32GB of RAM. Just a heads up, you might need a power supply upgrade to around 750W-850W.
But just so you know, the performance difference between the 7500F and 9600X might not justify the cost for that upgrade.
