So, I recently updated my BIOS to the latest version to meet the requirements for a new game that's coming out. However, now when I try to access the BIOS at startup, my screen goes black (or dark gray) and I can't get in. I need to enter the BIOS to switch the boot to 'gpt'. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this?

Have you checked if your CPU has integrated graphics? If it does, try removing your graphics card and connect the monitor directly to the motherboard’s video output. That sometimes helps get into the BIOS without any display issues.

Unfortunately, it looks like my CPU doesn’t have integrated graphics.
