Help! My ThinkPad is Stuck on a Boot Screen

I've been facing a frustrating issue with my ThinkPad. It keeps telling me, 'You're 100% there. Please keep your computer on.' This message has been displayed since I powered on my laptop today. I waited for about half an hour, but nothing changed, so I had to force it off by holding down the power button. After waiting a bit, I turned it back on, and the same message appeared again, which has now been stuck on the screen for several hours. I've been repeatedly turning the laptop on and off for about an hour, hoping to trigger some kind of automatic repair, but so far, nothing seems to work. Can anyone help me out?

To resolve the issue, you need to interrupt the startup process three times. Start by powering on your laptop, and as soon as you see either the Lenovo logo or the spinning dots, hold the power button down until it shuts off. Repeat this process three times. On the fourth startup, you should see 'Preparing Automatic Repair' followed by 'Diagnosing your PC.' Once it gets to the Recovery screen, select 'Advanced options,' then 'Troubleshoot,' and finally 'Advanced options.' From there, try 'Startup Repair' first, then let Windows fix itself if that doesn't work. If you're still stuck, go back and try 'System Restore.' If all else fails, you can select 'Uninstall Updates' to remove the latest quality update or go for 'Command Prompt' and type 'sfc /scannow' and hit enter.

I've been doing that too! I've restarted it about 35-40 times, turning it off right after I see the Lenovo logo, but I can't get past that fourth startup. Also, I’m having trouble locating the Command Prompt option—I'm not very tech-savvy. Thanks for your help!
