BitLocker Won’t Let Me Input Numbers – Help Needed!

I've been dealing with some malware issues on my Lenovo Legion 5i, which stole my passwords. To prevent further damage, I've turned off my Wi-Fi. Although I've recovered most of my accounts, I lost around 70 CAD in Robux, and honestly, that's the least of my worries now. I used Malwarebytes to dig out two trojans, but it's still alerting me about suspicious behavior linked to rundll32.exe. I can't run an offline antivirus scan because BitLocker is asking for a recovery key, and unfortunately, I'm unable to type any numbers. I've already tried using an external keyboard, disabling fast boot, and uninstalling update KB5066835, but nothing seems to work. I'm able to access my laptop, but I really can't execute the antimalware scan. I'm wondering, could the malware be gone but Malwarebytes is still flagging rundll32.exe wrongly? Has the malware impacted my ability to use BitLocker? Even if I could type the key, would an offline scan effectively remove the malware? I'm thinking about reinstalling Windows using a USB stick as my next step.

If you still can access Windows, I recommend backing up your important files to the cloud or an external drive first. After that, doing a clean reinstall of Windows is a solid choice to ensure all malware is removed thoroughly. Don't forget to change all your account passwords afterward, log out from devices, and enable two-factor authentication if you can, preferably from a clean device or after reinstalling Windows.

I'm really cautious about going back online until I'm sure the malware is gone. I just wish I could get this BitLocker issue sorted!
