I used to be able to access my BIOS with my keyboard and mouse without any issues a couple of months ago, but now they don't seem to work at all. I'm wondering if there's a solution to this problem or what might be causing it.

What method are you using to access the BIOS? If you're trying to get there through a Windows recovery environment, keep in mind that a recent update disabled the keyboard and mouse functionalities in that mode. Make sure all your Windows updates are installed, and try pressing the BIOS hotkey during boot instead to access it directly.
After updating Windows, it finally worked! But now I'm having another problem: my USB drive isn't being recognized when I try to update the BIOS. It worked once, but now it just won't read.
