Hey everyone! I'm a computer engineering student and I've recently switched from Windows to Linux due to some issues with certain coding libraries. I set up Manjaro, and while I like it for the most part, I've faced problems like sudden WiFi dropouts and trouble getting my drawing tablet to work. A teacher suggested that Pop!_OS might be more user-friendly for beginners. Given my current challenges, should I stick with Manjaro or make the move to Pop!_OS?

Crashing like that isn't typical for Arch or Manjaro. It sounds like there might be an underlying issue with your hardware. Both Manjaro and Pop!_OS are solid, and I've had a good run with Manjaro myself—maybe give KDE Desktop a shot if you haven't already. You could also consider EndeavourOS, which is similar to Manjaro if you're open to trying something new. Oh, and don't panic—this sort of thing happens to everyone, and it usually has an easy fix!
