I'm a complete beginner putting together my first PC build using pcpartpicker, and I'm having everything set up at the same store. I'd love some feedback on whether I'm overpaying or if I might be going overboard on any components. Here's what I've selected:
- CPU: 7800X3D for €399.90
- Cooler: Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120 SE with 66.17 CFM for €53.90
- Motherboard: Gigabyte B650 EAGLE AX ATX AM5 for €150.90
- RAM: Corsair Vengeance 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR5-6000 CL30 for €195.90
- SSD: Western Digital Black SN770 1 TB M.2-2280 PCIe 4.0 X4 NVME for €88.90
- GPU: Sapphire PULSE Radeon RX 9060 XT 16 GB for €389.00
- Case: Montech XR ATX Mid Tower for €65.90
- PSU: be quiet! Pure Power 12 M 650 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully Modular ATX for €114.90
- OS: Microsoft Windows 11 Home Retail - Download 64-bit for €135.90 (do I really need to pay this much for it?)
The total comes out to €1595 (not including the build service).

I think you might want to consider a larger PSU, but that's just my preference. If you 'overkill' on a foundational component like the PSU, it can last many upgrades. I have a 650W Gold rated PSU that’s been running since 2012 without issues. For my new setup, I'm definitely going over 1000W Platinum quality.
And you definitely don't need to shell out that much for Windows! You can find keys for around €10-15.

What do you mean by a 'larger' PSU? What difference does it really make? Thanks for your insight!
