I recently picked up a used gaming setup featuring an i5 10400f, 16GB of DDR4 RAM, and a GTX 1650 Super. I mainly focus on eSports titles like Rocket League, Rainbow Six Siege, and I'm also looking at Counter-Strike 2. What kind of performance and temperatures should I expect from this setup?

It's definitely possible to game with a 1650 Super, but keep an eye on your thermals. If you have decent cooling, you should be alright. Watching some performance videos on YouTube could really help you gauge what to expect. Always good to see real-world results!

I’ve got a similar setup, just with a 1060 3GB. I can play eSports titles pretty comfortably, though it can lag a bit at times. Your 1650 Super should handle those games decently, just be prepared for occasional drops in frame rates depending on how demanding the scenes are.

Performance wise, it should be okay for eSports games, but don’t expect it to shine. As for temperatures, with good airflow, it should stay reasonable, but it’s always smart to monitor while gaming.

Honestly, you should temper your expectations. The GTX 1650 Super is a few years old and was already on the lower end when it launched. Don’t expect to run these games at ultra settings with high frame rates. You’ll likely be fine for casual play, but performance might dip during intense moments.
