Advice Needed for My First PC Build: CPU and GPU Choices

I'm diving into my first PC build and I'm looking to get the best setup possible within my budget. Here are a couple of questions I have:

1. I'm struggling with which CPU to choose for gaming, streaming, music production, and content creation. My budget is around $400 to $500 CAD. Should I go for the Ryzen 9 7900x or the Ryzen 9 9900x, or is there a better option out there for that price?

2. What GPU do you recommend that pairs well with the CPU you suggest? I'm also budgeting around $400 to $500 CAD for the GPU.

3. Lastly, for the other components like the motherboard, RAM (2x16GB), storage (2TB), cooling fans, and PSU, is there anything specific I need to be aware of? Does brand compatibility matter much, or can I choose freely? Thanks for any help you can give!

If you're looking at the CPUs, the 9900x is a bit more efficient and easier to cool, but the 7900x typically offers better price-to-performance. Honestly, if they're similarly priced, I'd lean toward the 7900x.

For the GPU, I'd recommend getting the best you can with your $500 CAD budget. If you're fine with AMD, consider a 16GB RX 6800 XT; it should work well with whatever CPU you choose. Just make sure you’re comfortable with the brand and model you choose, especially for the PSU and motherboard - avoid anything low quality!

Do you still think the 7900x is a better choice if the prices are almost the same? Also, are there any specific AMD GPUs you think are best for my situation?
